About Us
Dr David Bilbrough studied medicine at Queensland University, graduating in 1984 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery.
Dr Bilbrough did his residency training at Toowoomba Base Hospital before heading to the United Kingdom in 1987 were he gained experience in general surgery, oncology, and general medicine. He then came back to Toowoomba working at the Base Hospital until 1990. He completed his General Practice training in 1993, gaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners the following year. He worked in a busy general medical practice in Toowoomba between 1989 and 2007, but took a year away from this in 1997 to work in an Oncology unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital just outside London.
Dr Bilbrough's interest in skin cancer started after working in both general practice and oncology. He gained his Fellowship of the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand (now the Skin Cancer College Australasia) in 2012. He has worked in full time skin cancer medicine since 2007 at Toowoomba Skin Cancer Clinic with Dr Peter Bourne, before starting his own practice at this clinic in 2018.
Dr Tim Windle is a proud Toowoomba local, having completed his schooling a stone's throw away at Toowoomba Grammar School. He went on to study at the University of Queensland where he completed Bachelors in Arts and Science, followed by medical studies from which he graduated 2010. After working with QLD Health in a variety of fields, he returned to town in 2017 to commence General Practice.
After being awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2020, Tim pursued extensive further training in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer. He is recognised as an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor by the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. His additional qualifications include:
- Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine from the Australian College of Dermatologists
- Advanced Certificate of Dermoscopy (SCCA)
- Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery (SCCA)

Dr Stuart Parker studied medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2004. During his residency Dr Parker completed rotations in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology at the Princess Alexandra hospital in Brisbane where he first became interested in Skin Cancer Medicine. He spent time training in Anaesthetics prior to completing his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
As a General Practitioner, Dr Parker has been involved in the Diagnosis and Management of Skin Cancer in Toowoomba since 2011. He has been working exclusively in the Skin Cancer field since 2018. He holds a Professional Diploma of Skin Cancer Surgery and Certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine and is particularly interested in imaging and surveillance of skin lesions.
